The Canadian Made large diameter In-Feed Rollers measuring over 6 inches efficiently pulls material into the Canadian Made Flywheel at approximately 58 feet per minute. The dual rollers are made of high carbon steel chisel teeth and are spaced out to prevent debris buildup. The roller's self-cleaning ability enables the 165 lbs. of down pressure to concentrate on fewer teeth, thereby increasing their grip. HOCs in-feed rollers aggressively grab any size limb up to 8 inches in diameter without wrapping around the roller, an extremely effective feature.

STRONG GEAR BOX AND DRIVE AXLE

The HOC in-feed system employs a heavy-duty gear box filled with oil and driven by strong belts. This system enhances torque and transfers power to the upper feed roller through an extreme Heavy Duty Drive Axle. The clutch is made of Canadian Solid Steel and machined with precision to ensure its proper operation. With this in-feed system, material can be fed at a rate of up to 58 ft./min.

360 DEGREE ADJUSTABLE CHUTE

The HOC8A chipper features a North American made discharge chute that can easily rotate 360 degrees. The chute is equipped with a handle that allows you to effortlessly direct the chips into a truck or trailer without having to reposition the entire machine.

WIDE ANGLED SUPPORT BASE + SKID SHOES + DRAW BAR

The HOC8A base legs can be adjusted to fit a wide range of tractors. The adjustable base legs + adjustable draw bar make it incredibly easy to achieve the required PTO shaft angle. HOC PTO Wood Chippers can be adjusted to fit tractors with PTO heights ranging from 18" to 30". To ensure the machine remains stable and doesn't sink into soft ground during use, the HOC8A features a wide footprint skid support base with an angled end to prevent ground penetration.
