Thank you for shopping at House of Contractors Inc. We want to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. Please review our return policy below:

Eligibility:

• New products are eligible for return within 30 days from the date of purchase.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and must be in the original packaging.
• Refurbished items are not eligible for return. 
• Parts & accessories are not eligible for return. 

Return Procedure:

• Please contact us prior to returning your item.
• The customer is responsible for the shipping costs.

Refunds:

• Refunds will be issued after the returned product is received by House of Contractors and inspected.
• If the item is damaged, missing parts, not in the original condition, or has obvious signs of use, the return will be denied.
• Pre-orders are not eligible for cancellation.
• Items sourced directly from one of our partner manufacturers are considered special-order items and, as they are specially processed and reserved upon purchase, cancellations may be subject to a 25% cancellation fee to help offset manufacturer and administrative costs associated with the order.
• Online Credit Card Payments: Refunds are processed at 95% of the original payment to cover non-refundable fees charged by the payment processor.
• In Person Credit Card Payments: 100% Refund
• Direct Payments: ACH, Wire, Direct Deposit, E-Transfer, Check & Cash: 100% Refund

Exchanges (if applicable):

• Pre-orders are eligible for modification prior to shipping.
• We are happy to replace items if there is a manufacturing defect, or the item was damaged in transit. If you need to exchange it, email us at office@houseofcontractors.com
