Very happy. The machine arrived quicker than expected. I put it together in a few hours over the weekend using photos from the website as an instruction manual was not included.
That same weekend i left a message and someone called me and arranged for instructions to be emailled.
The instructions are very good and include comprehensive photos and excellent organizational tips.
This machine id solid a d although i will probably never have to buy another, if i did i would buy it from HOC.
